|Game Related (The Inner Nerd)|
I decided to let you know a little about myself. First I will mention for all those old school gamers, and I mean old school.
I have played the treasured Second Generation Gaming Systems of the Atari 2600 and ColecoVision.
If anyone else has played this, we should all get married.
Seriously, if you played the delights of these beautiful machines, I take my hat off to you.
With technology moving faster and faster with each passing minute, I feel sometimes scared, and want to retract into the little world of Frogger, Cat and Mouse, Smurfs, Space Invaders, Donkey Kong, Pitfall, Asteroids and the list goes on.
Its such a shame my uncle sold both systems; Sometimes I actually cry because those days were so far in the past, it seems.
*Sigh* For those who havent played the Second Generation Gaming Systems, I truly will and forever pity you.
For those who have played the second generation gaming systems, you will always have a place in my heart.

Project Mundaring back on track!

Journal Entry: Wed Jun 18, 2008, 8:40 PM
Hey Everyone,
I will be working on Project Mundaring as of now. Now that I am staying in my job. Honestly I am looking forward to completing my Certificate III and IV in Conservation and Land Management. The first few pictures I have recently put up are about the Fauna Trapping I am currently doing. I'm really enjoy it as I get to handle Native Animals. While I was in Dwellingup I got experience handling: Chuditch, Possums, Goannas, Mardos and one Dunnart. This was pretty exciting. So while I am out and about in Mundaring I will be taking plenty of photos.
Unfortunatly my computer is still down. I have given up on it. Now I'm saving for a Laptop as previous offers by certain people have been now rejected. Grrrr at them. But on a more positive note I hope you all enjoy Project Mundaring!:giggle:

Cheers,
Anthea.

Fate of ProjectsII!

Journal Entry: Sun Jun 8, 2008, 8:18 PM
Hey Everyone,
Thankyou for being so patient. My computer is still being fixed. But I have told them what ever they do, at any stage, DO NOT take my photos off my computer. Hopefully they will do just that.
Just as the subject suggests I now know what will happen with my projects.
1. I will now remain in Mundaring until I complete my Certificate II and III in Conservation and Land Management.
2. I will be travelling down to Dwellingup on and off during the weekends to visit old friend and work colleges and will still take many photos there.
3. I will be getting my car licence soon, which will enable me to travel to places.
4. My computer will be fixed eventually, and maybe even upgraded.
5. I will find new ideas for Project Mundaring.
I'll probaly add to this list later.
Once again, thankyou for being patient.

Hey Everyone,
Sorry, I haven't been doing too much on DA laterly. Had alot on my plate, so my projects had to take second place. But I will get back into the swing of things. Heres a list to help me focus. Not to be completed in any particular order. :)

1. Will have to talk to Esther to discuss Project Esther.

2. As for Project Mundaring, the fate of which may have to remain on hold until I get my driving licence. I do know some good photography sites so it will be worth it when I decide to continue it.

3. Same goes for Project: Dwellingup.

4. Getting a laptop sometime, as my computer is slowly deciding to pack itself up. :(

5. Need new plugins for Ifranview.

6. Yet to Complete Esther's turtle picture. Drafting, Colouring and Outlining etc.

7. Become a bit more social. I need more people in my pictures. I'm trying to break the hold of Hermit-ism has on me. If that even is a word. :giggle:

8. Change of job is being considered, so I can persue my passion of Music.

9. Might actually try and make a project together with Kristy. Yeah that sounds like a wicked idea. Something different.

10. Last but not least, stay positive. It can be a bit of a challenge for me sometimes. But now I've typed it here, I cannot go back on my word. Sneaky me. :)

Cheers,
Anthie
